Do you have HEART? We are looking for individuals who can embrace our mission to purposely brighten and enrich the lives of those we serve with HEART—Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect, and Teamwork. In this role you will express your creativity and enthusiasm for life while assisting the Resident Program Director in creating, initiating, facilitating, and coordinating recreational and educational activities for community residents.
You will assist in planning and coordinating resident activities, encourage participation, and provide transportation when needed. You will lead various activities under the direction of the Resident Programs Director and manage ordering and maintaining supplies for these programs.
No prior programming experience is required, but you must communicate clearly in English, hold a valid driver’s license, and be enthusiastic about fun activities and motivating others. The position also demands patience, helpfulness, and flexibility when explaining directions and answering questions. Senior Lifestyle offers a comprehensive benefits package—including health, dental, vision, retirement, disability coverage, and paid time off—plus DailyPay for early wage access and a COVID‑19 vaccination requirement with approved exemptions.
