Resident Program Assistant

In this role you will express your creativity and enthusiasm for life while assisting the Resident Program Director in creating, initiating, facilitating, and coordinating recreational and educational activities for community residents.

You will assist in planning and coordinating resident activities, encourage participation, and provide transportation when needed. You will lead various activities under the direction of the Resident Programs Director and manage ordering and maintaining supplies for these programs.

Requirements

• No prior programming experience required.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Hold an active, valid driver’s license.
• Exhibit enthusiasm for fun activities and motivating participation.
• Demonstrate patience, helpfulness, and flexibility when explaining directions.
• Require COVID‑19 vaccination proof, with exemptions for medical, religious, or personal reasons.
