  • This role follows a standard Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In addition, attendance at quarterly in-person outreach events with stakeholders is required, which may occasionally be scheduled on a Saturday or weekend.
  • Maintain current accounts and develop new accounts for large savings and/or revenue goals for more than one program, including cross-practice account relationships.
  • Document customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Provide input and status updates to program staff
  • Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers. Design and deliver proposals.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, provide technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Are at least 21 years of age
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field such as transportation logistics, vehicle operations, automotive services, or EV infrastructure support
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong ability to navigate and use Excel for tracking
  • Strong customer service orientation; comfortable engaging with contractors and stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus, especially in managing customer interactions and application workflows
