This role follows a standard Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In addition, attendance at quarterly in-person outreach events with stakeholders is required, which may occasionally be scheduled on a Saturday or weekend.
Maintain current accounts and develop new accounts for large savings and/or revenue goals for more than one program, including cross-practice account relationships.
Document customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Provide input and status updates to program staff
Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers. Design and deliver proposals.
Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, provide technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications

Are at least 21 years of age
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3–5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field such as transportation logistics, vehicle operations, automotive services, or EV infrastructure support
Valid driver's license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong ability to navigate and use Excel for tracking
Strong customer service orientation; comfortable engaging with contractors and stakeholders
Experience with CRM systems is a plus, especially in managing customer interactions and application workflows
