Serve as liaison between the Contractor and Owner team for site coordination
Review Pay Application pencil copies to verify billed work completion
Assist with coordination of permit inspections
Verify implementation of corrective actions
Track progress against project milestones
Support environmental compliance efforts
Coordinate third-party testing and inspections, review resulting reports and testing results
Maintain non-conforming work log and track resolution
Help implement the Quality Management program, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards
Document and communicate quality issues to project stakeholders
Monitor and report on daily construction activities and quality performance, and complete a daily inspection report
Monitor compliance with contract requirements

Understanding of quality assurance best practices and USACE 3-phase inspection process

7+ years of experience in construction quality management or inspection
Experience with commercial construction projects is a plus
On-site experience with occupied renovation type projects
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must work full-time on-site in Laurel, MD
