

Weidner Apartment Homes specializes in developing, managing, and owning residential apartment communities.
The consultant coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals, manages time effectively, ensures apartments and common areas are market ready, and delivers excellent customer service to residents, associates, and vendors.
Candidates must have prior customer‑service experience, be detail‑oriented, able to work in a fast‑paced environment, and possess strong communication skills across phone, email and text. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred, and experience with Yardi or Paycom is a plus. Applicants must meet Weidner’s policies, maintain professional appearance, possess reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, and be willing to undergo background checks and drug testing.
