Conducts site investigations and observations.
Responsible for finished plans, specifications, or approval of materials and construction.

Registered Architect.
LEED Accredited Professional
Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited college or university
Detailed understanding of various regulatory building codes.
8+ years of experience.
Proficiency with REVIT
Experience using Newforma, Deltek Vision, SketchUp and InDesign a plus
Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited college or university
Understands the client’s decision-making processes and develops relationships internally and externally.
Excellent Communication and presentation skills, detailing ability, strong code knowledge and planning experience.
