The ACaMS Program Team is tasked with designing, developing, and delivering the next‑generation aero engine control system. ACaMS will provide world‑class efficiency, advanced diagnostics, and cyber‑threat protection through a modern architecture, serving a broad range of Rolls‑Royce gas turbine engines.
In this role you will develop safety‑critical gas‑turbine engine control software to meet DO‑178C objectives, support software architecture for integration and testing, and improve processes to achieve compliance and development speed. You will also establish CI/CD pipelines and act as the liaison with certification authorities to demonstrate compliance and resolve audit findings.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Engineering or a STEM field, have at least one year of software development or testing experience, and be a U.S. citizen. Preferred qualifications include two or more years in embedded safety‑critical software, a degree in Computer, Electrical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering, and experience with model‑based design, code generation, DO‑178 processes, and verification frameworks.
