

Real estate investment, development, and management across residential and commercial properties.
Drive property sales and achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs.
Conduct property presentations, meetings, and client follow-ups.
Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Collaborate with the Marketing and CRM teams to convert leads into successful deals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and partner agencies across Dubai.

We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and result-driven professional with a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and solid connections with agencies and brokers.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong network of agents and agencies in the Dubai market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (Dubai market experience is essential).
