Operating as a privately-owned firm, they’ve built a reliable revenue stream through recruitment fees, payroll services, and workforce management contracts.
The company regularly supports major capital projects—like mining expansions, facility shutdowns, brownfield revamps, and greenfield builds.
TSG excels in placing specialists across Engineering, Project Management, Project Controls, Supply Chain, Procurement, Construction Management, and technical trades.
They partner with clients in sectors such as Mining, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Energy, Transportation, Utilities, Manufacturing, Construction and Maintenance.
Typical engagements involve temp, contract, temp‑to‑perm, and permanent placements, often under master services or payroll agreements.
A less‑known fact: they also offer tailored master services agreements to stabilize long‑term staffing and budgeting for large clients.
Based in Edmonton, with a Canadian‑only talent pool, TSG has avoided offshore operations and free‑email scams by keeping communications strictly in‑house.
