The Dispatch Operations Lead will oversee every component of paratransit deployments, from initial setup and daily execution to continuous improvement, with a focus on supporting drivers and delivering riders to their destinations. This is a shift‑based role requiring early‑morning availability, beginning at 4:30 AM Eastern Time.
The role involves maintaining on‑time performance, optimizing ride plans to match fleet capacity, handling same‑day driver schedule changes, and coordinating communication with riders. The lead will also drive process improvements, manage night‑before ride‑plan preparation, and respond quickly to service issues while staying current on industry best practices.
Successful candidates are tech‑savvy, comfortable with a wide range of software tools, and possess strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. They excel at multitasking, clear communication, and teamwork, taking ownership and showing an entrepreneurial, action‑oriented mindset. Completion of a drug test, background check, and motor‑vehicle records check is mandatory.
