As an experienced change professional, you will help people, teams and organisations navigate change, working closely with senior leaders, project teams and colleagues to embed new ways of working and ensure lasting benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Conduct impact assessments to understand how change affects teams, roles, and processes.
- Act as a trusted partner to leaders, supporting them to navigate and embed change.
- Develop and deliver change management plans, including communication, engagement, training, and support activities.
- Define, evaluate, and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, readiness, and benefits realisation.
- Support smooth transitions from project delivery into business as usual, including post‑go‑live and hypercare activity.
- Design and deliver engaging communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and confident.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback, address concerns, and build understanding.
- Support the design and delivery of training programmes and develop user guides, FAQs, and support materials.
- Work closely with the Business Change Manager and Project Managers to integrate change activity into project plans.
- Monitor and report on change progress, adoption, and outcomes, adjusting plans as needed.
- Promote best practice in change management and contribute to change networks across the organisation.

The Business Change Partner role is based in Ealing, Staines, Winchester or Oxford on a hybrid basis, requiring occasional office presence. It offers a salary of £47,464‑£49,900 on an 11‑month fixed‑term contract (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday) and requires a basic DBS check.
- Recognised change management qualification.
- Proven experience delivering change initiatives involving people, process, and technology.
- Experience working in matrix teams and fast‑paced environments.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery, continuous improvement, and best practice change approaches.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence challenging constructively at all levels.
- Understanding of the social housing environment and its regulatory and operational challenges (desirable).
