The Student Project Coordinator role is an eight‑month co‑op where the intern manages a business‑relevant construction project under the guidance of a Supervisor and Technical Mentor.
Interns gain responsibility for coordinating drawings and trade scopes, conducting quality walks, assisting with LEED submittals, updating field and as‑built drawings, performing quantity takeoffs, and supporting site logistics and scheduling.
- Coordinate drawings, trade scopes, and review material and labor quotes.
- Participate in project team meetings, conduct quality walks, and maintain deficiency logs.
- Assist with LEED submittals, warranty issues, and progress photo documentation.
- Update field and as‑built drawings; perform quantity takeoffs and support site logistics.
- Create and maintain manual and graphical project schedules; monitor manpower productivity.

Candidates must be enrolled in a Project Management or Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or Industrial Engineering program, have at least one semester remaining, maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- 8‑month co‑op based in the GTA, starting May 2026, with supervision and technical mentorship.
- Must be enrolled in a relevant engineering or project‑management program, have one semester left, GPA ≥ 3.0, and possess strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Eligibility requires Canadian residency or a valid work permit; a current transcript must be submitted.
