Perform preventative general maintenance inspections and repairs: painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical (light replacement/ballast,driver replacement), mechanical and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)/Chiller Readings/AC install (window units), and grounds maintenance.
Perform any additional maintenance related duties as required by Hawaiian Building Maintenance (HBM) supervisor/property management
Ensure mechanical equipment and systems are working in order and fixed as necessary.
