Collaborate directly with the owner, design team, and project management team.
Compute costs for materials, leased equipment, subcontracted work, production activities, and labor.
Develop budget estimates and schedules.
Solicit trade partner proposals and prepare final contract estimates.
Perform value management and develop procurement strategies.
Analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and other construction documents to prepare estimates.

Ability to work in a team-oriented, family-owned company environment.
Understanding of construction estimating and preconstruction processes.
Proficiency in Sage and on-screen takeoff software.
Experience in estimation, construction, project management, and bidding.
Five years of commercial construction experience as an estimator.
Knowledge of commercial construction and industry-leading strategies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
