  • Oversee incident investigations and review Corrective Actions and preventive measures
  • Participate in safety improvement projects and collaborate with other organizational safety professionals.
  • Recruit, train, and lead account or regional safety staff
  • Support sector wide safety initiatives at the discretion of leadership
  • Lead safety committees and improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA, FDA, USDA, EPA and other regulations
  • Report safety data to leadership
  • Set performance metrics and drive accountability down through the division
  • Standardize protocols across accounts
  • Support division safety training performance
  • Develop and improve safety programs, policies, and procedures
  • Promote a collaborative, results-driven culture
  • Promote proactive hazard identification and safe behaviors

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field

  • Strong collaboration skills
