- Create and update all types of drawings, including engineering and construction plans.
- Participate in a wellness program promoting balanced lifestyles
- Assist in preparation of survey documentation, reports, plats, legal descriptions, and exhibits.
- Establish and maintain CAD standards and workflows for MicroStation and TopoDOT environment
- Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Perform mid-level to advanced CAD drafting and design duties using MicroStation and TopoDOT.
- Assist in compiling survey documentation and reports for city and DOT projects.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications and perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy.

- Proficiency in MicroStation, TopoDOT, and AutoCAD Civil 3D required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in CAD drafting with experience in survey or related fields
- Certified Survey Technician (CST preferred
- Land Surveyor-in-Training (LSIT) preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Valid driver's license with a good driving history
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Associate’s degree in CAD Drafting or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of trigonometry and basic land surveying principles
