- Develop and implement long-term planning strategies to improve operational efficiency and resource utilisation.
- Align planning activities with business objectives and future growth requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for planning-related queries with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Allocate planning resources across programs to meet operational priorities.
- Ensure planning incorporates risk mitigation and supports continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor the planning team, ensuring capability development and high performance.
- Track and report on planning KPIs, milestones, and resource utilisation.
- Implement corrective actions and improvement initiatives where required.

This position will be based in our Canning Vale office.
- Experience in integrating real-time monitoring systems and analytics to track progress, identify risks, and enable proactive decision-making.
- Proven experience in leading planning teams, setting priorities, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client requirements.
- Expertise in powerline and utility infrastructure planning or similar industries, including experience in complex scheduling across multiple projects and programs.
