Description

As a HR Administrator for Boskalis Subsea Services in Aberdeen, you will be the first point of contact for employee HR queries and provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Maintaining employee records
• Updating internal HR and finance systems
• Managing onboarding and probation processes
• Preparing HR documentation across the employee lifecycle
• Coordinating with Payroll to provide employee information and checks
• Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries promptly
• Acting as the focal point for employee HR‑related questions
• Preparing reports on HR data
• Revising company policies
• Administering employee benefits, generating monthly reports and liaising with external providers

Requirements

• Relevant business/administrative qualification (desirable)
• Minimum two years of HR/office experience
• High computer literacy with Word and Excel proficiency
• HRIS experience required; Workday experience desirable
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑moving team
• Proven planning and organizing skills to handle changing and conflicting demands
