- Assist in briefing design consultants through a bespoke scope of services to deliver the correct level ofinformation for any particular project.
- Assisting with the production and technical team with handover processes.Management of drawings and information on Higgins systems.
- Assist with management of technical queries and RFI’s.
- Support and manage the design development process as part of the Technical Team ensuring value engineering and buildability are considered at all stages.
- Develop strong working relationships internally and externally by spending appropriate time on site.
- Authorities to create accurate fee schedules and to achieve the best possible price.
- Assist with providing ‘as built’ records and other documentary evidence on completion of the works.
- Assist with obtaining technical approvals promptly for any Sectional Agreement works.
- Understand and assist with managing consultant design programmes that enable information to beprovided timely, accurately and within budget to place orders.
- Review drawings to ensure that they comply with Employers Requirements and all relevant legislation.
- Assist with obtaining and processing competitive quotations from consultants, utility companies and Local.
- Liaise with Production Teams to resolve design queries promptly and comprehensively.
