Senior Project Manager - Healthcare

• Manage multiple large, complex construction projects from preconstruction to close‑out.
• Estimate budgets, set contract prices, and negotiate cost‑effective subcontractor and material purchases.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure timely buyouts, shop‑drawing approvals, and material delivery.
• Maintain project schedule, safety plans, and quality control while fostering relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Supervise and train project teams, conduct regular meetings, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Oversee documentation of project events, change orders, and claims mitigation.
• Direct preconstruction services, prepare bid packages, and support estimating staff.
• Conduct warranty follow‑up and complete all close‑out procedures.

Requirements

Swinerton seeks an experienced construction leader to oversee multiple large‑scale projects, driving budgets, schedules, safety, and quality while coordinating owners, architects, and subcontractors. The manager will also ensure safety plans are implemented and that project documentation is accurately maintained.

Candidates must hold a degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or possess equivalent experience, and have 8–10 years of field construction management with supervisory duties. Essential competencies include leadership, problem‑solving, strong communication, and proficiency with drafting, contract law, project accounting, and management control systems.
