Tower Cranes & Hoists Coordinator

• Coordinate daily operations of tower cranes and hoists, ensuring equipment availability, proper allocation, and safe usage.
• Maintain accurate logs of crane and hoist operations, certifications, and inspection records.
• Monitor equipment performance, track inspections, and ensure compliance with local regulations and HSE requirements.
• Support the preparation of lifting plans and method statements in collaboration with engineers and HSE officers.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry best practices, and statutory safety standards.
• Supervise and guide operators, riggers, and technicians assigned to cranes and hoists.
• Liaise with suppliers, rental companies, and service providers to ensure timely delivery, installation, and maintenance of cranes and hoists.
• Resolve on-site operational issues related to equipment performance, safety, or scheduling.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to plan lifting schedules aligned with construction progress.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tower Cranes & Hoists Coordinator to oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of lifting equipment operations on our projects in Dubai. The role requires strong technical knowledge of tower cranes and hoists, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to liaise between site teams, equipment suppliers, and safety authorities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other regulatory authority requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple operational demands simultaneously.
• Certifications in lifting operations, rigging, or equipment safety will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating tower cranes, hoists, or similar heavy equipment within large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of tower crane and hoist mechanics, erection/dismantling procedures, and operational safety protocols.
