Maintain and grow an existing customer base while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Support new product launches and ensure customer adoption.
Build relationships with decision makers at natural gas companies, contractors, and municipalities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
Present products in a consultative, solutions-driven manner to meet customer needs.
If applicable, manage remote inventory in a storage facility or assigned company vehicle.
Analyze territory markets, track competitor activity, and prepare regular reports for leadership.
Represent EGW at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Schedule and conduct customer appointments, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
Stay informed of regulatory changes and industry trends that could impact customer needs.
Manage the full sales pipeline using EGW’s CRM system (Activities, Opportunities, Quotes, Contacts).

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.
Experience selling to contractors, utilities, or municipalities strongly preferred.
Comfortable with up to 50% travel (approx. 8–12 overnights per month).
2–5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the natural gas, utility, or construction industries.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Self-starter with strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
