Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning and ventilation systems
Identify, diagnose, and complete remedial works
Conduct maintenance on chillers, package units, split systems, and filtration equipment
Assemble, install, test, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems
Adhere to all BGIS safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Undertake general electrical works, planned maintenance, and breakdown repairs
Conduct regular site visits and inspections, ensuring client expectations are met
Provide high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Inspect and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) for optimal performance

Current manual driver’s licence
Restricted or Full Electrical Licence
Full working rights in Australia (essential)
WPCG accreditation or Fuels Retail experience (advantageous)
Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCTick)
