The Leasing Consultant drives resident acquisition by delivering customized tours, recommending floor plans, and highlighting local amenities. Weekend (Saturday) availability is required to capture peak prospect traffic. The role blends exceptional customer service, community‑building, and proactive follow‑up to keep prospects engaged.
Success in the position relies on strong sales and marketing instincts, creative outreach, and effective use of social media to generate excitement for the community. The consultant must independently manage leads, coordinate updates on floor plans and neighborhood attractions, and collaborate with the leasing team.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of leasing or customer‑service experience (preferably in real‑estate), strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with property‑management software and Microsoft Office, knowledge of fair‑housing regulations, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
