The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all production operations, leading a team of supervisors, carpenters, fabricators, and trades, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity.
Communicate project updates to customers and stakeholders.
Lead and manage the Production Supervisor, Welding Supervisor, fabricators, and carpenters.
Identify and order project-specific components.
Promote a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and championing safety initiatives.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Set goals, coach, and manage the performance of the production team.
Review project drawings and assemblies for accuracy and constructability.
Oversee inventory control, project scheduling, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of all projects.
Utilize MS Projects and other productivity tools to schedule projects and determine lead times.
Maintain inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported accurately.
Collaborate with estimators to provide fabrication insights and improve estimate accuracy.
Analyze inventory output to identify and predict demand trends.
Conduct post-project reviews to assess estimate accuracy, constructability, and quality.

Minimum 8 years of construction experience, with proven expertise in managing dynamic teams.
