The Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Planner joins the Reliability Maintenance and Engineering team to maximize uptime of material handling equipment. Working with the Enterprise Asset Management team and the Reliability Manager, the role develops maintenance strategies based on preventive, predictive and KPI data.
In this position, the planner ensures accurate equipment and work‑order data, coordinates preventive maintenance activities, and oversees spare‑parts inventory management. The role also supports improvements to the EAM system and provides Tier 1 user training and support.
The job involves repetitive physical tasks such as bending, crouching, lifting parts averaging 20 lb (occasionally up to 49 lb), and working in varied conditions including small spaces, dust, temperature extremes, and concrete floors.
Required qualifications include a high‑school diploma, at least two years of experience planning and auditing facilities maintenance, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and flexibility for shift work and up to 15% travel. Preferred qualifications are an associate degree, three or more years of enterprise software experience, project‑management skills, four years of EAM experience (Infor EAM ASE preferred), and data‑analysis expertise in asset management.
