Minimum 10 years of experience in civil/site development, ideally with strong private land development experience
Ability to manage all aspects of private development projects—entitlements, platting, rezoning, budgeting, timelines, and fee estimates
Prior leadership or mentorship experience working with junior engineers and designers
Proficiency in Civil 3D, Bluebeam, ArcGIS Pro, and MS Project
Comfortable getting into CAD occasionally and guiding junior staff on technical execution
Self-starter capable of leading projects with minimal oversight and contributing to business development
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and active PE license in Kansas or Missouri (required)
Proven track record building or maintaining strong client relationships and local connections
