The Manufacturing Process Operator is responsible for operating grinding, polishing, deburr, and surface‑treatment tools, as well as pressure washers, grit blasters, pickle tanks, paint equipment, and material‑moving equipment such as forklifts and jib/gantry cranes. This role supports production activities across the shop, ensures consistency and quality, and promotes a safe working environment. The position works the 2nd shift (3 PM–11 PM) with occasional overtime or weekend work.
- Operate a wide variety of production equipment, tools, and shop machinery
- Use grinding, polishing, and deburring tools to size, blend, and prepare product components
- Operate pressure washers, grit blasters, pickle tanks, and painting equipment as required
- Prepare and finish parts for paint processes, including cleaning, masking, and coating application
- Move materials safely using forklifts, jib/gantry cranes, and other material-handling equipment
- Measure, verify, and qualify part dimensions using standard measurement tools
- Maintain ownership of safety, quality, compliance, and productivity standards
- Participate in team‑based problem solving, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts

Applicants must have at least one year of mechanical or electrical experience in a manufacturing environment, a high school diploma or GED, and be able to pass a manufacturing assessment, background check, and drug screen. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required, and the role requires adherence to PPE standards and a tobacco‑free workplace.

Benefits
The position pays $24.144–$25.353 per hour and includes a $1.00 per hour shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift.
