Aiding the quality of service by ensuring awareness of contractual responsibilities among all other EQUANS colleagues (including contract deliverables, scope of services etc)
Building strong relationships with client representatives
Leading governance within the contracts to ensure compliance to the requirements of the contract and EQUANS’ own internal governance processes
Management of administering variation/change control to capture revenue
Identifying and driving risk and opportunity management
Identifying and developing value-adding propositions to enhance the services offered/ delivered by EQUANS
Taking a key role in the management of contractual claims / disputes with clients
Optimising cashflow
Leading governance within the bidding process to ensure that company requirements are complied with
Provide day-to-day commercial support to the account management teams
Supporting the identification, management and mitigation of risks at all levels associated with such a significant bidding process
Enforcing commercial compliance

Suitable commercial experience, experience of FM contracts would be beneficial]
PC Literate with knowledge of MS applications e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Educated to degree/ diploma level in either Law, Business, Surveying (Building/Quantity), or the Built Environment (FM, Land)
Skilled negotiator with proven experience in a commercial environment
Sound understanding of risk analysis/management
Excellent financial acumen with an ability to analyse complex data and documentation with accuracy
Excellent communicator
