• Manage cyclical tasks and reactive works, meeting KPI targets.
• Prepare and oversee annual budgets, purchase orders, and monitor income/expenditure.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, lead meetings, and address resident inquiries and complaints professionally.

Requirements

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Estate Manager to coordinate resources and manage a diverse portfolio of residential estates. This pivotal role offers the chance to showcase expertise in financial management, maintenance coordination, and client communication while providing exceptional service to our customers.

• Hold a degree or equivalent education with TPI Part 1 certification.
• Possess 5+ years of estate or property management experience.
• Demonstrate strong financial acumen in budget management and cost control.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
