- Review safety and quality data daily while identifying training opportunities
- Review SOP’s created by engineering and recommend SOP changes when required.
- Maintain up-to-date training records for cross training, quality notifications, safety, toolbox trainings, etc.
- Assist with training new employees on new job functions
- Assist with in-process manufacturing audits.
- Assist Supervisors with department employee performance by providing formative feedback.
- Apply critical thinking to assist the Training team solve moderately complex issues or problems
- Train and certify production associates on positions that require certifications.
- Ensure quality standards are effectively followed and maintained.

- Ability at problem-solving, resilient when faced with challenges, and skilled in planning and organization.
- Be familiar with, or become familiar with, all production operations
- High School diploma/GED required
- Strong communication skills to facilitate training and the sharing of thoughts and concepts in multiple formats with diverse audiences
- One year of related training experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience/training is strongly preferred
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
