  • Review safety and quality data daily while identifying training opportunities
  • Review SOP’s created by engineering and recommend SOP changes when required.
  • Maintain up-to-date training records for cross training, quality notifications, safety, toolbox trainings, etc.
  • Assist with training new employees on new job functions
  • Assist with in-process manufacturing audits.
  • Assist Supervisors with department employee performance by providing formative feedback.
  • Apply critical thinking to assist the Training team solve moderately complex issues or problems
  • Train and certify production associates on positions that require certifications.
  • Ensure quality standards are effectively followed and maintained.

  • Ability at problem-solving, resilient when faced with challenges, and skilled in planning and organization.
  • Be familiar with, or become familiar with, all production operations
  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate training and the sharing of thoughts and concepts in multiple formats with diverse audiences
  • One year of related training experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience/training is strongly preferred
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
