The role focuses on creating, planning and delivering advanced technical service training for Terex Finlay’s worldwide dealer network and internal personnel within the Material Processing organisation.
- Develop and update training presentations for Finlay, Magna, MDS and Prostack crushing, screening and conveying equipment.
- Coordinate and deliver structured training schools onsite or abroad for dealer networks and internal staff.
- Conduct practical troubleshooting exercises on maintenance, electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Lead e‑learning sessions via the dedicated online training portal.
- Review prototype machines to validate and finalize training material before product launch.
- Identify, document and propose improvements on production machines to engineering.
- Assist with product application requests using Aggflow and Microsoft Visio.
- Support onsite machine installations and calibrations to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting realistic timelines with available resources.

- Hold an engineering degree or equivalent and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
