  • Collaborate with Black & Veatch Teams to create new offerings.
  • Oversee system integrations with Trimble and CentralSquare and third-party platforms.
  • Contribute to engagement quality reviews.
  • Define and lead the architectural strategy for Trimble (Cityworks/Trimble Unity Maintain) and CentralSquare (Lucity) implementations across enterprise environments.
  • Manage client projects and engagements for Water, Wastewater & Local Government Clients.
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards.
  • Manage client expectations within defined scope of engagement.
  • Develop, present, and defend conclusions, recommendations, and implementation plans.
  • Lead business development efforts for Black & Veatch’s Asset Management Systems offerings for Water, Wastewater & Local Government Clients.
  • Assist Black & Veatch in enhancing existing offerings.
  • Establish best practices for configuration, customization, and data governance.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Trimble and CentralSquare solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Guide development teams in implementing architectural standards and frameworks.
  • Enhance established working relationships with team members and management from within the client’s organization.
  • Delegate and manage work to assigned team members.
  • Recommend appropriate resources based on the phases of an engagement.
  • Use personal network to identify potential clients for Black & Veatch’s Asset Management Systems offerings.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies applicable to Water, Wastewater & Local Government Clients
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical architecture and integration plans.

  • Ability to articulate the business case for the implementation of Black & Veatch’s Asset Management Systems offerings for Water, Wastewater & Local Government Clients

  • Travel up to 50%
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of the principles of Asset Management.
  • 8+ years of experience with Water, Wastewater & Local Government Clients
  • Ability to communicate across organizational boundaries and organizational levels.
  • 5+ years of experience with Trimble or CentralSquare solutions.
  • Has managed significant engagements
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of asset management, work order systems, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with the architecture and functional capabilities of Trimble and CentralSquare solutions
  • 10+ years in a business/consulting environment
  • Experience providing advisory services in the functional areas of Asset Management, Work Management and Field Service Management.
  • Background in utilities or public sector implementations.
