Compile information for the Company’s annual distribution and transmission reports to DOT PHMSA. Assist with the data collection and preparation of other periodic regulatory reports.
Support the Distribution and Transmission Integrity Management Programs, data gathering/analysis, investigation of records, and oversight of integrity assessments.
Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
Participate in periodic Integrity Management Effectiveness Reviews.
Coordinate with other departments as required to implement Integrity Management programs, identify system threats, monitor performance measures, and implement appropriate mitigation.
Conduct studies of a technical nature and/or participate in special task forces as assigned that will result in improvements to operations. Formulate recommendations that can be used to develop long range plans in operations.
Coordinate with other departments in updating the company’s Operating, Maintenance, Construction, and Emergency Response manuals. Submit proposed changes for review.
