Creates, manages, and coordinates complex CAD/BIM models for multidisciplinary projects.
Review and ensure quality control of all CAD/BIM deliverables, conducting checks for accuracy, compliance with project standards, and consistency across design documentation.
Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD/BIM models for complex projects, producing construction documents, layouts, sections, and elevations in alignment with project specifications and standards.
Prepare presentations, visualizations, and 3D renderings as needed for client presentations, ensuring that visual materials effectively communicate the design intent.
Maintain and manage project files, ensuring all drawings, models, and associated documentation are organized, up-to-date, and accessible to project stakeholders.
