

Support risk/opportunity reviews and scenario planning
You’ll act as a key cost & forecasting lead within your programme area, managing contract values up to £500m, driving high-quality reporting, and providing critical insights to support project decision-making. Working with Cost Engineers and wider IPC teams, you’ll ensure cost, schedule, risk and change are fully aligned across the project.
Maintain accurate CBS/WBS-aligned forecasts and cost data (EcoSys, SAP)
Mentor junior cost engineers and drive best practice
Lead cost & forecasting activities across your designated programme area
Produce high-quality reporting and performance insights
Present cost data at senior governance forums and programme reviews
Integrated project controls knowledge (schedule, risk, change)
Strong background in cost engineering within major projects
Advanced analytical and communication skills
Expertise with EcoSys, SAP, Power BI & MS Office
Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex environments
Day rate: £450 - £470 day Umbrella – Inside IR35
