Tasks

-Position yourself as a trusted advisor: Understand customer pain points, deliver tailored solutions, and help clients modernize their methods. -Hunt for new business: Identify, pursue, and cold call prospects in construction, converting leads into long-term clients. -Own your territory: Maintain a structured daily approach and build strong relationships with job site visits. -Stay sharp on competitor pricing, local trends, and market shifts to win strategically.

What You Bring

-Minimum 3 years of experience in construction equipment sales or a similar B2B environment. -Valid driver’s license. -Proven history of crushing targets and growing your book of business. -Confidence and skill in cold calling, prospecting, and consultative selling. -Strong communication, negotiation, and time management abilities.
