Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their growing construction team in Kansas. This role is based in Topeka, with projects located within a one-hour commuting radius.

This is an excellent opportunity for a superintendent looking to grow their career with a reputable general contractor in Kansas. If you have the experience and drive to deliver high-quality projects safely and on schedule, we encourage you to apply.

Proven ability to lead field staff, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain project schedules
Knowledge of construction technology platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation healthcare and/or higher education projects
7+ years of superintendent experience with strong tenure
