Assist on requesting for permit to work supporting document from contractor before schedule for any work.
Responsible in space planning for allocation and utilization of space or re-organizing current premises for new building occupants include plotting and updating floor layout plan on AutoCAD.
Electrical distribution (Low Voltage) coordination work
Managing/coordinating service provider performance including tracking work order completion and validating invoices as needed. Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested.
Create a weekly report to send to the Management team to assist them in reviewing incidents to determine what events have occurred that may be operational losses.
Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility.
Support to check on the safety induction validity for contractor.
Arranging/monitoring contractor on PTW process
Ensure appropriate follow up with customers
Assist Facilities Manager to source for any material that require to purchase.
Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required ensuring excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption.
Performing day-to-day oversight/monitoring of work order completion and follow-up with service provider and client.
Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with client representatives (JLL or external) and service providers.
Support the Facilities Manager with assigning tasks to technical resources
Recommend continuous quality improvement practices across the client portfolio.
Support Facilities Manager on arranging PPM contractors for submitting JHA, worker name list and confirm the dates for the servicing.
Coordinate portfolio and responsibility changes with data management team to update location service matrix as needed.
Create recurring maintenance schedules for vendors.
Ensure all site management and operations practices comply with company and client standards.
Train vendors/engineers on all applicable software platforms as needed (CMMS, etc.)
Act as an interface with client, visitors and guests
Communicate/Escalate with appropriate parties (facility manager, client, OEM vendors, etc.) as needed.
Work with Service Center to ensure average turn around time (TAT) is within agreed KPI thresholds.

3 – 4 years of relevant experience in engineering or in manufacturing sector
1 – 2 years’ experience in the operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or equivalent data centre or critical facility is an advantage.
Degree in any Engineering field
Experienced with continuous improvement initiatives and preparation of reports.
