Enables dynamic, on-demand transit services for public agencies, schools, and transportation systems.
As an Expansion Associate Principal, you will be responsible for delivering launch projects on time while collaborating both with our partners in (the market: US / Europe, etc), our technical teams and our operational teams.
The role involves launching new Via deployments, overseeing junior team members, contributing to strategic decision‑making and rigorous project planning, and serving as the main point of contact for partners to develop fully operational on‑demand transit systems. You will also manage product expectations, leverage proprietary data for insights, and support the partnerships team in the sales process.
We are looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks, works independently, is meticulous, solves problems creatively, and communicates effectively. The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievement, at least three years of experience, and entrepreneurial or leadership experience is a plus.
Compensation is based on experience, knowledge, and skills, with a salary range of $85,000‑$115,000 plus potential equity or variable pay. We offer a generous benefits package that includes free medical plans and 401 K matching.
