Preparation of interdisciplinary service inputs w.r.to PHE systems to Architecture, Civil and MEP disciplines.
Support the successful delivery of high-quality projects on time and to budgets
Preparation of the DBR, Drawings, BOQ, Design calculations, schemes and other technical documents as per the project requirement and client needs.
Discussing with manger/immediate supervisor on the key milestones w.r.to design and execution at project site to initiate the procurement BOQs, drawings etc…
Support procurement team in technical evaluation of the PHE Systems vendors/sub-contractors in consultation with immediate supervisor/manager.
Preparation of schematic drawings in AutoCAD.
Participate in Coordination meetings and ensuring the relevant data w.r.to PHE systems are exchanged with the concerned disciplines.
Review and Approval of Shop Drawings.
Estimation of water demand and storage requirements.
Supporting Site Execution team in installation, testing, commissioning (ITC) and handover.
Attend and contribute to team and project meetings as required
Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns, to reporting manager and project co-ordinator.
Obtaining approvals on the design submissions from client /other stake holders.
First Level QA/QC Review of GFC Drawings and Coordination drawings and submitting the same for manager/immediate supervisor review and approval.
Contribute to the delivery of the BU strategy. Including supporting the companies approach to sustainability
Identifying and aligning himself/herself based on the modality of operation for the design stage.
Candidate to update the manager /immediate supervisor in all the steps of project mentioned below and appraising him/her on any support required or clarifications required
Preparation of tender BOQ /estimate, indices etc…
Preparation of project scope of works /project brief.
Record and discuss with manager / immediate supervisor for deviations, changes from the tender stage to operating stage and prepare variation statement to support BU/site to claim variations.
Ensure QMS and Project Lifecycle compliance across team and projects
Estimate and provide the number of sanitary fixtures and fittings based on the population for various types of buildings.
Responsible for design, validation and finalisation of PHE systems
Preparation of Value Engineering options.

Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies
Determine water treatment plant and wastewater treatment plants requirements inline with the water quality available / determined.
