You will play a key role in validating engineering practices, coordinating technical reviews, and maintaining alignment between project execution and corporate standards.
- Coordinate validation and analysis of lessons learned to drive continual improvement.
- Contribute to the enhancement and optimisation of discipline workflows and processes.
- Support the activities of corporate technical experts and authorities.
- Provide feedback on technical findings and assist in updating corporate technical documents.
- Facilitate discussions with suppliers and contractors to promote technical consistency and improvement.

- Demonstrated experience as a Lead Engineer in at least one FPSO project.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, specifications, and engineering software.
- Proven ability to assess, verify, and ensure compliance with corporate design philosophies.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in discipline engineering within the oil and gas sector (14 years for Master's degree holders).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
- Familiarity with technical assurance processes across the full facility lifecycle (FPSO or equivalent).
