Your Cantonese skills will give you a direct voice with senior decision-makers in Hong Kong and across Southeast Asia, helping you win business in one of the world’s most dynamic construction markets.

Knowledge of Southeast Asia’s business culture; cross-border experience is a plus.
Familiar with CRM tools and sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN).
Confident negotiator, effective in multi-stakeholder deals.
Confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
Skilled in engaging and influencing senior decision-makers.
Strong record of exceeding sales targets in high-value consultative sales.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential to build trusted client relationships. Mandarin or other regional languages are an advantage.
Early insights into upcoming construction projects.
3–5 years’ B2B sales experience in SaaS, tech, consulting, or solutions.
