Oversight of construction observation activities throughout the duration of construction projects.
Daily correspondence with contractors is required in order to maintain daily reports of progress on site and resolve any issues that may occur.

Experience working on wastewater treatment plants or pump stations is highly preferred.
Current Driver’s License is required for travel to and from field worksites. Travel to additional GBA offices and/or client locations is occasionally required.
Experience working in the heavy construction industry preferred.
1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word required.
Excellent oral and written communications. Communication with contractors, GBA staff, and client staff on a daily basis should be expected.
Some overnight travel may be necessary for this position.
Ability to lift 25 – 50 lbs. Ability to carry safety equipment to worksites when out in the field.
High school diploma.
Must be able to work effectively both on a team and individually.
