Our client, a leading Energy Management Consultancy, is seeking a New Business Executive to generate B2B opportunities through outbound calling in the SME and Corporate Sector via (cold data and warm marketing leads). As the New Business Executive, you will adopt a solution-selling approach, you will pitch energy procurement, billing, carbon reduction, and green energy services, delivering qualified hot leads for BDMs to close. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of new business experience, skilled in pitching and influencing skills, resilient and target-driven mindset. Skills and Experience required for New Business Development Executive

  • Ability to work collaboratively with BDMs and wider sales teams.
  • Organised, target-driven, and motivated to exceed lead-gen goals.
  • Solution-selling experience (energy sector experience beneficial but not essential).
  • Proven experience in generating new business (B2B outbound calling).
  • Strong pitching, influencing, and communication skills.
  • High resilience with the ability to handle high call volumes consistently.
  • Pass fully qualified leads to the Business Development Managers (BDMs) for closing.
  • Confident in identifying decision-makers and building rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
