  • Review and interpret complex electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and installation plans to guide field execution.
  • Conduct site visits, lead pre-deployment planning meetings, and ensure all field activities are executed according to NEC and UL standards.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute deployment strategies that align with project schedules, technical requirements, and safety standards.
  • Resolve high-level field issues, troubleshoot technical challenges, and implement corrective actions in real time.
  • Lead and manage a team of Deployment Specialists and field personnel responsible for delivering and installing modular power systems.
  • Track deployment progress, maintain detailed documentation, and report key metrics to leadership.
  • Serve as the senior field representative for MPS, interfacing with clients, general contractors, and project managers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Supporting and assisting the MPS freight team.
  • Oversee all aspects of deployment operations, including logistics coordination, site readiness, subcontractor management, and quality assurance.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
  • Up to 75% with travel to job sites across the U.S. as needed.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical construction or modular deployment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC code, UL standards, and electrical safety protocols.
  • Deep understanding of modular power systems, industrial construction practices, and field deployment logistics.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in electrical construction, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle or construction management software experience preferred.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience leading field teams and managing subcontractors in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously across various geographic locations.
