Administrative Assistant - AM Shift, Full-Time

Description

• Reconcile invoices for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform invoice coding
• Pull orders from stock
• Maintain and update customer files
• Upload invoices into client portals
• Answer calls/emails and provide information as needed
• Place orders for supplies and maintain inventory

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent professional written and verbal skills.
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
• Able to multi-task and prioritize/manage time effectively
• Lifting up to 30lbs, as needed
• Proven customer support experience
• Pass background check
• Experience with multi-line office phone systems, networked printers
• 1+ year of experience in professional office administration
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
• Bending, kneeing, reaching as needed
• High School diploma or GED required
• Able to adapt/respond to different personalities
• Walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time
• Proficient computer skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
• Previous experience with AR/AP invoices
