Maintain the CEO's schedule coordinating WCMHN, Site specific, and various state-wide obligations;
Act as a support liaison to the Learning Management System (LMS) for the organization, fielding calls for technical and registration assistance;

Coordinate and publish the Network Newsletter;

Maintain overtime databases utilized throughout Network;
work independently on administrative tasks and make decisions within framework of departmental policies;
Take and transcribes confidential correspondence from the CEO;
Prepare Medicare applications for all licensed staff;
Act as a confidential liaison around HR issues between Labor and Management;
Collaborate with HR to ensure Joint Commission compliance;
Act as administrative liaison to various network wide work groups and committees at the request of the CEO;
Collect information, prepare agendas, compose minutes, and distribute materials;
Assist our clients so they can achieve success;
Maintain performance appraisal processes including annual service ratings, and Competency Based Functional Job Descriptions;
Perform administrative tasks through interaction with the public and routine contacts with the Office of the Commissioner and other state executives;
Promote and perform safe work practices and observe all confidentiality and client rights regulations
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other WCMHN managers, Network Agency Directors, clients, staff and the general public;
