Senior Project Manager

Description

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering complex ground-up K-12 projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead project teams, work closely with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and ensure smooth execution across all phases of construction.

• Partner with the Superintendent to drive successful field operations
• Lead and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field staff
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasting
• Support business development and contribute to proposal efforts as needed
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong long-term relationships
• Review contracts, change orders, and procurement activities
• Oversee all aspects of ground-up K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Requirements

Our client, a reputable and growing Commercial General Contractor, is seeking a highly skilled construction leader to join their team and oversee large-scale educational developments from concept to completion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Proven track record delivering ground-up K-12 projects
• Minimum 7+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
