Senior Legal Billing Analyst

The Senior Legal Billing Analyst will manage the full billing lifecycle for complex client portfolios, ensuring invoices are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule. This position requires a strong command of legal billing systems, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.

• Manage eBilling submissions, monitor approvals, and resolve rejections
• Collaborate with attorneys, finance, and client service teams to ensure billing accuracy and timely processing
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the billing process
• Maintain documentation of client billing instructions and special arrangements
• Prepare, review, and finalize prebills and invoices in accordance with client and firm guidelines
• Provide reporting and analysis related to work-in-progress (WIP) and accounts receivable

• Experience with eBilling platforms such as BillBlast, eBillingHub, or similar tools
• 5+ years of law firm billing experience
• Advanced proficiency in Elite or Aderant systems
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
