  • Complete assigned project tasks on agreed quality, time, and budget
  • Ensure compliance with standards set in the project and adhere to COWI quality procedures
  • Mentor and support the development of junior engineers
  • Play an important role in the COWI's Technical Networks to enhance Technical Excellence and best practice across COWI
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of work activities executed as agreed with the project team
  • Liaise with COWI engineers across the Globe on project tasks as well as other developmental and automation needs

  • Master’s/bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 10-15 years of experience in steel and steel-concrete composite bridge design.
  • Confident in developing teams and managing projects in an international setting.
  • Strong understanding of engineering design principles of steel structures and steel detailing practices.
